1. Service Provider
These terms govern your use of software services provided by Adrien Jean, micro-entreprise registered in France (SIREN 100 544 402, SIRET 10054440200017), operating under the HyperSight brand. Contact: contact@eyospace.fr
2. Services
HyperSight offers digital software applications and tools accessible online, available via subscription or one-time purchase. Services are described on their respective product pages.
3. Purchases and Payment
All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
One-time purchases: Digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us within 14 days of purchase at contact@eyospace.fr for assistance.
EU right of withdrawal: Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content purchases, unless the content has been accessed and you have expressly consented to waive this right.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our software
- Use our services for illegal purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Resell access without written permission
6. Intellectual Property
All software, content, and trademarks associated with HyperSight remain the property of Adrien Jean. Purchasing a subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, HyperSight is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.
